Insomnia
Many people have difficulty getting to sleep at night. Besides being extremely frustrating, insomnia can cause serious health issues. We also need our sleep to maintain our ability to concentrate, maintain emotional harmony and support our immune system. Recently, weight gain and obesity have also been linked to insomnia.
For many, the inability to sleep can be attributed to the "busy mind syndrome". Too much time is spent worry about their job, children, financial situation or some other issue in their life. Sleeplessness can become a vicious cycle that causes even more stress because it decreases our ability to cope and make healthy choices. (We lose our willpower whenever we are hungry, angry, lonely/sad or tired - remember the acronym: HALT.)
The good news is that hypnosis can be very effective in correcting the problem if the condition isn't caused by some medication interaction. Within a short amount of time, a skilled hypnotist can easily have the insomniac enjoying restful nights of sleep.
Today's techniques, which have been developed over many years, are relatively easy and quick. You may find the actual hypnosis session to be the most restful and healing experience you've had in years. When you emerge from your hypnosis session, you will feel energized and will possess a renewed clearness of mind. You can begin sleeping well just by making the decision to utilize hypnosis.
